GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    The +2 course structure and scheme of studies for  the Academic Session 2014-15 will be as follows.
1.    According to the New Course Structure there shall be one Examination to be conducted by the college at the end of 1st year  on the basis of the curriculum meant for that year and one examination at the end of the 2nd year to be conducted by the CHSE  on the basis of  the curriculum meant for that year alone.
2.    Pass certificates will be awarded  to the successful candidates  on the basis of the performance in the CHSE Examination to be held at the end of 2nd year only.
3.    The examination at the end of 1st year shall be of 700 marks and the examination at the end of the 2nd year shall be of 600 marks.
4.    Marks secured by a  student at the end of the 1st year Examination shall be considered for promotion to the 2nd year class.
5.    Pass marks for both 1st year and 2nd year Examinations shall be 30% of the total marks in theory paper and 40% in practical paper in each subject with 35% marks in aggregate.
6.    30% of the total marks shall be diverted for practical Examinations (in subjects with practical) and 70% for theory. A candidate has to pass separately in theory and practical.

The College Library has been named Dinabandhu Sahu Memorial Library, after, the founder President of this college Late Dinabandhu Sahu.

There are nearly 60,784 books and 1205 reference books in the library on different subjects. There is a lending library (Book Bank with 10,000 books) which lends text books to the students.
